A very eclectic design. It seems the author could not decide what direction to choose.
Stuff is polite and very nice. The facility probably has a huge problem with the sewer. All 3 days we've stayed at the hotel, there were severe issues with the toilet at our room.
Additional strange thing, that the place receive cash only.
The restaurant though is quite nice.

Everything is scarce in the room, and when they called, they warned that we would be with a child up to a year old, it was not necessary to give a sauna, I really blame myself for not returning the money right away

Disgusting place - dirt, cockroaches, there were no cutlery in the suite, the rooms are cold and uncomfortable. Bathrooms leave much to be desired - inconvenient location of toilets, taps, dirty showers. And so you can enumerate indefinitely. The only thing I liked was the territory - the presence of benches, greenery, lights at night. But not more. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place!

Rested 1.01. The company ordered a sauna a day in advance. The administrator with all his appearance immediately shows "who is the star". Of course, this behavior is more ironic than offensive, but it certainly cannot be called "client-oriented". When ordering, no one warned that they needed documents and a deposit of 5000. Although friends ordered personally in advance, at least they had to be warned. Everything in the room is "dead", dirty: the tiles are cracked, furniture with holes, etc. mold and dirt in the corners, broken glass on the floor. The renovation has not been done for many years. Both TVs do not work - no signal. The bathhouse was not ready for our arrival, it took about 2 more hours to properly melt it. But the most "epic" thing happened when we ran out of wood and went to ask for more. They ended with us just after 2 hours of kindling (I ordered a bath for a day). We went to ask for more and they turned out to be a paid service. Bundle of firewood 300r ... i.e. approximately if we bathe for a day, then we still need at least 4-6 bundles. And this is another 1200-1800, plus to 10000 that we have already paid. We ordered a sauna, not a room. What do we pay for then, if there is nothing to heat the stove with. Firewood was also not brought to us quickly, they also said that the last ones were chopped to us. And then they will not bring them any more - there is no one) everyone will go home))) it was about 8 pm. After that, the administrator and the worker who brought the firewood discussed our claims among themselves in front of our children)))) right in the reception hall. 2 stars for the former grandeur of the Golden Lion complex. Outwardly, if you don't look closely, everything looks gorgeous, but the quality of services has dropped very much. If you do not invest in a business and treat clients only as a source of income, sooner or later it will burn out. We wish the owners of the "Golden Lion" in the New Year to reconsider their attitude towards customers, to restore the former quality of services. And then you will want to come back. In the meantime, such a desire does not arise.
