I'll start with the cons:
-Numbers of the same level of comfort differ in furnishings (respectively, and convenience).
-The view from the window leaves much to be desired. (and the best) .
-Administrators change daily and not all of them are friendly.
- +Breakfasts (costing 200 rubles) are not distinguished by variety and generosity, but can turn (with an additional charge of 100 rubles) into a more dense and eventful start to your day. (Although they can serve one guest and yesterday's ...).
Pros:
+Daily housekeeping.
+ The ability to give things to the laundry (200 rubles one load).
+ There is a smoking room (common).
+ There is also a built-in restaurant for corporate events and celebrations.

Clean, quiet. Rooms are spacious, bed, pillows are very comfortable. There are disposable slippers and a drinking water dispenser. I especially liked the fact that the day is not counted from the set time, as in many hotels, but from the time of arrival. The only thing was that they did not order breakfast in the room in advance, and in the morning they did not find open shops or cafes within walking distance.

We travel a lot in Russia. There is something to compare. Nice and calm hotel. Clean. Cozy. Interesting interior. Friendly and helpful staff. The conditions correspond to those stated. Not disappointed. I recommend.

Everything is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms facing the main road cause discomfort due to urban transport, while the windows are tightly closed, there is too much noise at night, which interferes with rest. For smokers, there is a special smoking area, which allows you not to go outside, it is very convenient. Breakfast is included in the price and every day different cooking, not by choice, but according to the schedule. The overall picture on the first day is good.

Lovely hotel, lived here for 2 weeks on a business trip, really liked it. Responsive and pleasant staff, cleanliness of the room, daily cleaning, towels changed every day. Delicious breakfasts with a choice of menus. The room is warm and cozy. The only small drawback is the small number of sockets for charging phones and computers, who have a lot of them. In general, I recommend to everyone - this is a hotel in which you want to return ...
