Were in June 2021. New hotel. Clean, comfortable. Furniture, bedding - everything is new. TV, shower, toilet, refrigerator in the room. Shared kitchen but super clean. The hostess is very polite and friendly. A great place to stay. And the price is not high. 1300 per day.

Booked a room for 3 adults. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a TV, a built-in wardrobe with hangers, a split system, a shower and a toilet in the room. Three beds - one double and 2 single. Clean bed linen, towels (for which special thanks to the hostess !!!!). There is a parking, a kitchen. Nearby grocery stores, a pharmacy, PSB Bank. Stayed 1 night. Recommend!

A very decent hotel, everything is clean, very clean kitchen, comfortable rooms, air conditioner, refrigerator, good mattress in the room, shower and toilet. Doesn't stink, nice staff, good location, within walking distance of cafes and pyaterochka plus pubs

Cozy spacious rooms. Good clean beds. Bed linen + towels. Everything is clean and tidy. Silence around. There is an air conditioner, kettle, large refrigerator and TV. There is a shared kitchen.

Cons: Uncomfortable pillows are too soft and thin.
Inconvenient sink taps.
A whole field of ragweed grows under the window on one side of the hotel (very sad if you are allergic)
It's too far to go to the lakes, well, I don't even know, plus or minus

Nice, clean, new house, rooms with amenities and air conditioning. The hosts are very responsive and kind people. Within walking distance are shops, cafes and a market. To the lakes in calm increments of 10 minutes. Thank you for your decent stay !!! I recommend this hotel for living with children, there is even a sandbox and a swing.
