Hostels in Penza Region

We arrived in Penza for competitions. We stopped at Quiet Pier. The room, although small, but cozy, warm, clean, TV. The hotel has a cooler, kettle, refrigerator, kitchen. You can order an inexpensive breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend.
