The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, within walking distance to the main attractions of Penza. Very cozy, clean room, the bathroom is clean, plumbing is all working properly, which is very pleasing, annoying current drain cisterns and bad drains in showers. Stayed for one night, had a great rest. Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the restaurant, I'm sure that everything there is at a high level. I plan to use the services of the Esebua hotel and restaurant complex in the future and I will recommend it to everyone.

I lived in a hotel for 3 days and went down to eat in a Georgian restaurant. I was delighted. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The staff is helpful, and I will never forget khinkali in a Georgian restaurant. Prosperity guys 🙌

Amazing and soulful place. Great staff and wonderful hostess. Delicious cuisine. Georgian cuisine lovers should visit this place. The most delicious meat in town. Believe me, I ate a lot of places in our city, here it is the best.

I stayed at the esebua hotel, I really liked it, clean, well-groomed, delicious breakfast, the rooms have everything you need. P aetltvyts and helpful staff. On the first floor, Georgian cuisine, zonkali 10 out of 10 are the most delicious and largest I have ever tried. Very beautiful restaurant, the atmosphere is just like in Georgia. I recommend, well done💘subdued

A good hotel, spacious rooms, there are nuances in terms of shower water does not go away, but the rooms are pleasant, there is parking for cars, the location of the hotel is good, there are nuances in the kitchen, the prices are not very pleasant for breakfast, and the breakfast itself is for 3.
