Very quiet and comfortable! The luxury breakfast! We liked everything!
Stopped at this hotel late in the evening. Scared at first ehav on the private sector , but everything changed when we went inside. Nice interior, always clean, the room features chic furnishings, bathrobes, Slippers and kitchenware. No problem let with a small dog. Ordered room service dinner. Brought freshly cooked dishes, everything is fresh, portions are large, all very tasty! The price is a pleasant...
Went with friends to the sauna here. Sauna itself is not super cold. But everything else is perfect. Table inside a big company, a leather sofa, big TV. Fridge, dishes. Huge pool we had ten of them were not close. Outside area with barbecue and a large gazebo too, was in our possession. The gazebo is also a table for good company. All for just 1000R per hour!

Quite nice. The bath is a bit Soviet, and it is a bath with curtains, not a shower. And it's quite nice. I liked the balcony with a chair and a table. Computer with Wi-Fi, TV, everything is fine. Towels could be new...
Great quiet cozy place! We thank the lady administrator for the warm welcome when we unexpectedly showed up at nine in the evening without prior reservation))) Excellent double bed, hot water, bath, everything is clean and tidy, there is a kitchen. The room has a computer and modern TV. Recommend!
A great alternative to a regular hotel. Even more, it's much, much better than a hotel. Excellent rooms with shower, air conditioning, refrigerator. I would especially like to note the furniture - beautiful, high-quality beds, tables and chairs. And the fact that each room has a computer that is already connected to the TV is just super. Five out of five, even with a plus.
A small hotel that lives up to its name. Friendly hostess, ready to help with everything. The room is clean, linen and furniture are almost new, there are no foreign smells. The hotel is 15 minutes drive from the center, without a car it would be inconvenient, with a car it's just fine. Outside behind the fence is a small parking lot, while we lived there was always a place for a car.

Perhaps the best hotel of Penza from those that I have been. Clean room and bath, polite staff. Settling even at night, the breakfast is delicious, they will wake you up to it. The location is not far from the city center. The price is adequate. I advise you to consider when traveling.
