Hotel Arkona in Penza

I was struck by the "unique" attitude of the staff towards regular guests 👎 I stayed for three weeks in a row and every time the hotel staff did everything so that I no longer chose this hotel. There were no broadcasters, a full set of towels in the room and they did not refuse to provide them with a request, but they didn’t (like we’ll do everything without gestures). Placing me on the 3rd floor, the attic, could not imagine mosquito repellent at the windows without mosquitoes. At night, instead of sleeping, I had to fight insects. For breakfast, having expressed your wishes, what you want, you will be served what is available. If the price per room is more than 2,500 rubles, I think that you should not choose this hotel. At least that's what I'm doing now.
