A hotel, a restaurant on the edge of Penza. Convenient for arriving. Close to big Shopping center and nothing more.

I stayed a few months ago for a day in the hotel is unique and booked the most expensive room.was very pleased with the service , nice room and great Breakfast.
Good service, breakfast +our -, far way center of the Penza.
Just had an espresso there while waiting for a friend. It was ok made by coffee machine not espresso machine. Wifi available in the restaurant.
