First the ladies at the reception, extremely welcoming and helpful. It a pleasure to see a Russian woman smiling. The room are good. Bed is comfortable, the place is quiet, good location. I don't speak Russian very well but they tried to help with translation with phone. As a foreigner from Africa, I was treated like a king

I rented a double room, for myself and the child. Very comfortable room. And a special thank you to the staff - the room is sooo clean, good mattress and snow-white linen. The girls at the reception are friendly, they answered all my many questions, and not any nervousness! Thank Orange Hostel for providing my second home in Russia and Rostov-on-Don. It's so lucky to spend my days in the hotel with my cute friends. They are the sweetest guys I have met until now.
