The bowling alley and billiards are in a terrible state, the staff don't give a damn about anything, the visitors in a drunken state stagger, fight, speak obscenely, provided that many visitors with children completely spit on the covid measures, no one has masks, there are no antiseptics and much more !! ! Who wants to be convinced personally call in !!! No more foot there !!! Especially with children !!!

We were very upset about the attitude of the staff! Our company booked a bowling alley from 20:00 to 23:00, we arrived 30 minutes in advance. All lanes were busy. We expected until 20:00. When our time came, people continued to play on our track. We went up to the staff and said about it, to which we were told that people will finish the game and only then we can enter our path. As a result, we entered the track at 20: 05-20: 07. At 22:00 we took another track for our children. The staff turned off the kids track at 10:50 pm, without giving any reason, while we booked it until 11:00 pm. And at 22:55 we turned off the track for adults, and we did not have time to finish our game, i.e. we did not receive the full service. In addition, no one warned us in advance that they would turn it off. To comments that we were provided with a track at 20: 05-20: 07, and not at the prescribed time at 20:00, the staff said that they did not care, and that contact the mayor of the city. The employees are not very competent, because the client is always right, and the institution is open until 23:00. That is, our tracks were to be turned off at 23:00, and only then we were going to go home. When we told the staff that because we entered the track 5 minutes later (through no fault of ours), we would play 5 minutes longer to get the full service. As a result, they even called the guards, allegedly we refuse to leave the premises until 23:00. I am attaching a photo of a sheet from the book of reviews and receipts to the available facts. there is an assumption that employees can rip out the sheet. Hopefully management sees this feedback and takes action. Since our children were very upset, and left in tears, because they could not finish the game, because of some 5-10 minutes.
