The room only has an old balcony, a noisy refrigerator and air conditioning, poorly closing doors, a sink and a toilet, and without paper, given that the only two stores do not sell this, although the administration still amicably shared , said that "this is not provided." The dining room was closed, there are no kitchens, only barbecues, and no one sells coal and meat, I had to look for a place to eat, this was the dining room of the USSR # 1 on the shore, very tasty, I recommend it to everyone. Near the beach of the base there is an area with a small swamp and from this in the evening there is a bunch of green leaves that accumulate under the lantern of the building. Of the advantages, it has its own protected area and friendly security, although the entrance is located far from the top of the spit, a large area with gazebos and gardens.

Housing prices are not high, but housing ... So-so. They rented the most expensive 2500 house, it is double. They shot the three of us, they gave us a cot. The TV is small. Air conditioning is old and loud. The front door is cheap and closed once. There is no microwave, and even a watermelon will not fit in the refrigerator. The door to the shower / toilet did not close. The beach is two minutes walk, small and uncomfortable, but after 500 meters there was a good beach from another base with slides, motorbikes and other things, free entry. If you hope to swim in the Sea of ​​Azov, be prepared to walk 300 meters on the bottom until the depth becomes normal.
