A controversial place.
Upon arrival in October, there was no heating, but there was a condo with heating. There is no noise isolation at all.
Linen and room were clean.
In general, the hotel has an unpleasant smell everywhere.
The staff is polite. They gave me a kettle. The rooms are already outdated and in need of renovation and refurbishment.

Great hotel, nice and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Inexpensive. RUB 831 for two on booking. Tea, coffee, sugar are free in the lobby. Snow-white linen and towels in the rooms. In the shower, disposable gels and shampoos.

For a room with a luxury request, a very loud statement. Economy furnishings, a towel with a dirty stain, a crumpled blanket in the closet, the light above the mirror at the entrance does not light up, I will not take into account small flaws in the form of broken hooks in the bathroom. The windows overlook the road, the noise of cars and the sound signals did not allow you to fully relax and enjoy luxury rest. The check was not issued, muttering about problems with the cash register. The price is really nice for a suite as we needed two large beds after a 10 hour rain ride. Oh yes! Mosquitoes also lived with us. Judging by the drunken bellies at our expense. In normal life, I hardly considered the option of living there

The main thing is that there is air conditioning, a comfortable bed, clean linen, two towels per person, a clean bathroom. Excellent for its value, parking is small and in the sun. The food in the hotel was not tried as the menu was not pleasant. The room is clean, everything is good.

Very unpleasant musty smell in the room and in the toilet. To be honest, I spoiled the impression. In general, we only stopped to spend the night.
From the pros: the room is clean, the linen is clean. The administrator is friendly.
Cons: the cleaning schedule - the last dates are October 2020, and we stopped in June 2021. It would be better to have removed it altogether. The smell in the room is unpleasant. The window opens only wide open, not a window. The plumbing is old.

For 1000r you can close your eyes to many disadvantages. The room has everything you need, except for the sconces, which many write about, but I can do without them for 1 night. Much worse, which is very noisy, as there is a road nearby, but if you close the window and turn on the air conditioner, then it is fine. There is also a problem with doors slamming from the wind. At first I was terrified, but my husband solved this problem by pulling an elastic band from the mask over the door and a hanger in the hallway.
I was pleasantly surprised that downstairs there is a cooler with water, tea and coffee, all this can be drunk for free. Well done. Very nice and helpful girl at the reception, a special thank you to her 🤗

Everything is clean and comfortable. Not an expensive hotel, you can order breakfast, dinner. Convenient location. There are also disadvantages, but because of the cost, they are not noticeable.
