Great location!! Excellent service, cuisine at level +, good, clean rooms, everything you need, warm, cozy, I was very pleased with the spa area!! I recommend it for romantic dates and family vacations!

I don't know how this hotel is for a holiday. We stayed there on the way to Crimea and back. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, large parking lot. We went to the spa area to look, we liked what we saw.

Great vacation. I recommend the restaurant in the museum of winemaking and moonshine. Excellent cuisine. Made with soul. Service is outrageous. the restaurant has an old mill, the cuisine of Srvian times and is not tasty. The interior is cozy. The hall is more suitable for banquets.

An excellent complex on the left bank of the Don River. Everything you need to relax: swimming pool, hammam, spa, billiards, excellent breakfasts, your own pier, great location. Cool style of both the building itself and the number of rooms. Recommend.

Gorgeous place to relax. We were pleasantly surprised by the round-the-clock SPA, SUPER pool, hayloft. EVERYTHING IS SO CUTE! GOOD BREAKFAST! Kind staff! RECOMMEND.

Unforgettable impressions from the visit!!! Royal interiors, majestic architecture... and all this on the banks of our native Don. A variety of spa, a pool and a gastronomic paradise!!!!!!! in the restaurant. Live music, polite staff and of course sterile cleanliness. Petrovsky pier is a Paradise pier. My love at first sight! My family and I stayed here during the World Cup. It was a horrible experience. We were already charged $500 a night for a minimum of 3 nights mandatory, we understand that they took advantage of raising prices due to it being the world Cup but when we showed up for our suite with 3 people to a room they said it would be an extra charge to bring in a cot because only 2 people were allowed. I had done research on how much a roll away bed would cost and it said $30 a night but instead they charged us $150 a night which is by the way the normal price a night for this place. After we had already prepaid $1,500 for this room it was clear how they just wanted to take advantage of us. They hotel was not 5 Star luxury standard, there was no turnover service and they did not even offer to take our luggage to our room. Overall it was a very bad experience in Rostov and I left in tears at checkout due to not being prepared to fork out so much for a roll away bed.

Had a great two day weekend at this hotel celebrating a family holiday. We liked everything: the room, the location of the hotel, the attentive and very friendly staff, the spa complex, the provided breakfasts in the restaurant. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back!
