We really liked the design of the rooms - real five stars! The service at the Fire Lake restaurant is very attentive. P.S. Parking is right behind the building - up through the barrier. They will help you with unloading if you can't get to the entrance

Great hotel. Great location. Beautiful embankment nearby. Room with private balcony is a separate plus. Very tasty breakfasts.

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions. Comfortable spacious rooms, qualified staff, convenient location right on the Don embankment. Good restaurant on the second floor.

I can only rate the restaurant because I was here. Good, quiet place. Surprisingly inconspicuous and client-oriented security guards💪 You rarely see a smiling security guard😉 Sooo delicious desserts and unobtrusive waiters. The music is really background, not interfering with talking. The tables are far enough apart. I conclude - a pleasant, quiet place to meet friends for a "chat" or business negotiations.

Good hotel. The service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is also good, but the prices are high. PS Take a view of the river, otherwise you will get a view of the construction site...

The first thing I noticed was professionalism. He is also a receptionist. And in the interior. And even in such trifles as shampoo, gel and other trifles in the room. A pleasant stay with me is based precisely on the pleasure of communicating with professionals. Thank you.

Small and unremarkable front desk, but the room was great: spacious, clean, giant bed with divine pillows! Although the view of the Don is questionable, there is some construction work going on across the river. Clean, staff super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied, the atmosphere is pleasant. By default, a dental kit is not put in the rooms, they are not warned at the reception. I don't understand this policy, why do guests have to ask for an extra brush?

Very polite and hospitable staff. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom. There is not a big minus, in our room there were no windows that would open. They were also at breakfast, everything was very tasty, and I was also crazy about NUTELLA. I lived with a dog, we were provided with a bed and food bowls! Thanks a lot! I liked everything very much

Service is just 5! Convenient parking and driveway! Things will be delivered to the room! The room is simply class, with a view of the Don and the noisy embankment. Complicated TV menu. Bad drain in the sink, but the tub dumped the head off. Bathroom with a window to the room. Noise isolation is excellent, but the street is audible, the room is also visible from the street through the panoramic window, especially in the evening. The staff is just perfect! Everything corresponds to the Radisson!!
