Nice Place to be!
There are few people, mud and baths were not done, it was boring. Therapist Andrei Andreevich and massage therapist Mikhalych, class. People don't drive in winter.
A good base is located in a beautiful place, the Oka River within walking distance of the forest nearby in the summer is very beautiful
Not a bad sanatorium. Quiet place. New numbers.
I liked the area very much. Nice, well-groomed, a lot of conifers and roses. The Oka River is right at the foot, especially beautiful in autumn. The sanatorium itself consists of several buildings, there is for every taste and budget. Cottages can be rented. The staff is friendly, always ready to help and advise. There are a lot of different procedures, if you eat according to the FSS, then they are prescribed from 5 to 10, depending on the disease. But most often it is a pool, a cave, massage, hardware procedures for joints, mud, baths. Meals on the FSS are modest, without a choice, but everything is delicious, the first, second and compote. Salad and fruit.
