I was here during my studies in the summer of 2021. The complex is not completed yet: instead of some lawns there is sand, on others there are heaps of mud and sand. The breakfasts are monotonous, like they are fed à la carte for lunch and dinner - I'd better keep silent. The baths are small, not designed for the capacity of the complex and visitors. They work from 10 am to 9.45 pm. If you just want a massage or go to a cafe in the thermal baths, you still need to pay for the bath time, this is how the access system works.
The conference rooms have very noisy air conditioners and the acoustics are terrible.
There are no shady resting places on the territory, and in such heat as it is this summer, there is simply no way to go anywhere on the territory, except to the room. Moreover, the paths on the territory are made of asphalt (in the eco-park !!!), it gets hot, and it is not even spilled with water.
In general, I strongly do not recommend it for recreation.

Around the beautiful clean nature. I didn't live in a house, I was in a spa. For Ryazan and for those conditions, pricing is not clear. Unlimited for spa 990 rubles, separately you need to rent a towel and buy flip-flops. In a similar much cooler spa complex, which is closer to Moscow, all this is included in the same 1000r. But overall, the spa is clean, albeit a little cramped. A big separate plus is the open-air pool with warm water. The staff are not too polite, they are not rude, but always without a smile and with pursed lips, as if they were typed at the Russian Post))

Super location! The organization at the entrance let us down because of the influx of people, but this could not spoil the overall impression. Purity! The beauty! And a lot of fun. The cafe messed up a little with the order, but very tasty.

The place is wonderful! Baths in December are a godsend for the townspeople. Recreation is complete and thermae and outdoor pool. The staff is polite, attentive. The only negative is the food in the Terme cafe. I ordered pasta with porcini mushrooms in a creamy sauce, which seems to be easier. In twenty minutes you can cook pasta. But alas - a warmed up strange pasta with a terrible sauce. Next time I'll try the waffles, they will probably be fresh. Be sure to come here, beauty, air ...
