The conference rooms have very noisy air conditioners and the acoustics are terrible.
There are no shady resting places on the territory, and in such heat as it is this summer, there is simply no way to go anywhere on the territory, except to the room. Moreover, the paths on the territory are made of asphalt (in the eco-park !!!), it gets hot, and it is not even spilled with water.
In general, I strongly do not recommend it for recreation.
