Excellent hotel, not the first time I stay. Quickly solve all the difficulties that have arisen, if any. The rooms are chic and the location. A separate bow to the cook - everything is very, very tasty and the administrator Natalya is very responsive, a great conversationalist - he told everything about the hotel and the city, a very positive and kind person.

I got to the hotel according to the principle: what is left. Therefore, what is, is. Was ready for anything. Well, that's how it happened. Fresh emission of tobacco smoke, the smell from the kitchen, the noise of the elevator is provided. I have no complaints about the staff. These are performers. We tried our best. The hotel is positioned as three stars. Maybe. Yes, breakfast is worth hoping for if you have free waiting time.

The hotel is normal. There are a couple of stains on the carpet in the room. I also didn’t like that in the four-bed room there is one double bed and a sofa (I would like two beds). But in general, everything is fine there are two TVs in front of the sofa and bed, there are dental checks, shampoos, toilet paper, deodorant, there are still no bottles of water in room (there is a water cooler in the corridor on each floor)

Very cozy hotel in the heart of the city. There is free Parking. Rooms were small but comfortable, everything works. Cleaning make regularly, clean rooms, towels in sufficient quantity. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Hairdryer. Breakfast is so-so(bad coffee, oil and eggs with paper sausages, small croissant) it is better not to include them

Comfortable rooms and conveniently located hotel within walking distance to the rail station. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. This is the place to stay in Ryazan. I highly recommend it
