- The stuff was not very courteous. The Hotel is not handicap friendly. The elevator is absent. Except of shower gel&shampoo all other amenities were for extra money

A normal hotel for unassuming guests. On the upside: parking with private access, standard rooms with baths (comfortable with the child), audibility in the rooms is low, air conditioning in the room. Breakfast for a variety is ok, for quality is so-so (porridge, scrambled eggs, casserole just not tasty). Minuses: there is no elevator, on the 3rd floor there are very small windows in the rooms under the ceiling, awful in quality / old mattress on the bed, there is nowhere to eat (there are only breakfasts in the cafe)

A very good hotel. Located in a very convenient location, close to the Ryazan Kremlin. Friendly staff, comfortable, well maintained rooms, clean and comfortable. The room has air conditioning. Nice cafe, with excellent breakfasts, delicious pastries "buffet".

3 January 2016 has brought a group of tourists. Besides the incident with the booking (my tour was given a room with one bed, although it was ordered with two, and free this not was) had me in a cold room. In room 301 battery worked for about 2/3 power. I called down to the front Desk, the receptionist sent a worker who said that I disconnected the battery. After he'd put it thou, it was cooled down completely. To turn it back on failed. Me, the guide, before the working day was kept overnight in a cold room and not even asked, whether earned battery.

Really enjoyed the hotel. The staff is always ready to help, friendly. The rooms are in good condition. It's clean enough. The Breakfast standard. Well stop for a day or two.

I have been here more than, you feel more home and like a 5 star hotel. Cheaper and good breakfast.
