Love this Hotel, good service good price

Modest, small nice rooms, cooler on the floor, great new elevator. Plumbing is not very new, there are shortcomings about leaks from the shower to the floor, etc.
Stayed in the summer for a couple of days. The location is convenient, the entrance is almost hidden among the houses, the first time they didn’t even notice) There was always a parking place in the yard.
Despite the neighborhood with the club, there were no harassment, etc., for single girls - almost around the clock there was a security guard on the street, I don’t know the club or the hotel, but he simply made getting out of the car and approaching the hotel calm with his presence.
The staff is pleasant. It turned out to check this on force majeure: we asked all questions about living conditions in advance. Is it expected to turn off the water, as they like in Russia, and so on. But in the morning on the second day we woke up, but there was no hot water. As a result, it turned out (everything was explained very calmly) that gas was turned off in the entire area, and water was not expected due to a non-working boiler house. I asked about a bonus for guests who are very upset there that living conditions have deteriorated. And the amount for early check-in was returned to us at check-out, with apologies for the inconvenience.
Despite the fact that the hotel staff could not do anything at all with what Gorgaz did, I respect when the Hotel Administration and employees meet halfway, and at least a small amount of a refund as an apology shows respect for their guests.

The hotel, as it turned out, is not 3 *, but only 2 *. Apparently took away 1 star because of the many nuances!
The location is the main plus, walking distance to the main sights is a pleasure. The entrance is the first thing that disappoints a little with its appearance. But it's okay, even though the theater is off the hook, you can write it off as an underground style. All beauty begins with the elevator (in German, modern). Carpets in the corridors, nice. But not in the rooms, in winter it becomes not pleasant in the hallway. We rented 2 rooms, with a jacuzzi and with a cabin. The first disappointment - the hot tub is DEAD! The shower is broken. The rooms are clean, spacious (especially in the "family"), though tasteless. TVs on the walls, kettle, 2 cups. The "family" has bathrobes and slippers. From the bath and the pool, the impressions are more positive. Sauna and steam 👍, but disappointed again by the gouging of the hotel owners. The feature of the pools is a massage fountain. But he is with them, like everything else - DOES NOT WORK! Pleased with the banquet hall. Good, cozy, elegant. The hotel staff, though friendly, but not at all diligent. One senses some indifference to the sloppiness of the authorities.
Conclusion: a hotel for 1-2 nights or passing through, or without special preferences and claims.

Small, cozy hotel. Everything is very clean and tidy. Very nice sauna with pool. But, when descending into the pool, you need to be careful, since the second stage fails. There is hard steam in the hamam. Breakfast is rather weak. No butter, no sausage, no cheese. Coffee in a package 3 in one. Tea bags. But, for two stars it is very worthy.

Terrible place, the pictures are very deceptive, all the dirt and stench, service 0, manual running from problems, not communicate, drop tube, in General, my impression is best to avoid, fortunately there are a few decent places. And there, see for yourself.

Pros: conveniently located,helpful staff, free Parking,bathroom,air conditioning, fridge,TV in the room.
Cons: has an Elevator that does not work, WiFi does not work on the 4th floor, inconvenient access to the hotel(if you go by car), stayed 2 days, room for 2 days was not cleaned (I wonder if a week would be entered, it would be the same), no wardrobe, given the small size of the room, suitcase interfered under the feet.

Problems with hot water and a lift. There is no closet. Wi-fi dead. Bed linen not fresh. Entrance to hotel and Parking is not convenient. Parking is not enough. Receptionist makes you fill out your data on some forms. To sleep one night, unpretentious guest - come. For long-term settlement will not work. One of the advantages close to the centre of the city.

Was in the restaurant at the Festival of Brides. Interesting program-competitions (dance of the bride and groom, brides, photo shoots, gifts from sponsors), performances by guest artists and entertainers - all are fun and dynamic. Dishes like shish kebab Ala Atlantic. I think that at the next festival of brides, the restaurant will be crowded with visitors and participants. Will definitely call friends and acquaintances.
