Best hotel in town! The staff is responsive. They met us and helped us find a room in a full hotel. We didn't book in advance. Special thanks to manager Vyacheslav for the warm welcome. I didn't stay at the hotel itself, but I did have a Thai massage there. It's a very beautiful hotel. I was impressed by both the building itself and the modern interior, which was absolutely wow-worthy. By the way, the massages there were incredibly relaxing. I almost fell asleep on the way home. Great hotel 🏨 The restaurant is excellent, but the prices are high. Two tom yum soups and two Japanese beers cost 5,000 rubles for two. The breakfasts are very good.

A wonderful hotel, very nice, spacious rooms, everything is clean, there's a scheduled shuttle to and from the mountain, and a wonderful sauna and pools. BUT! Why do all the staff look so tired and sad!? I understand we arrived at the end of the season and everyone was tired, but I haven't seen such sadness in their eyes in a long time.

Very convenient place to stay if you are for skiing here, as it close to the gorniy vozdukh ski resort. Rooms are tiny , but all is brand new. No fridge in the room, only a cattle. Nice view from the vindow. Personnel is friendly.

I was there for a business trip and i found a very comfortable and cozy place, cleaned, well trained and educated personnel and a delicious italian and international cousine.

Nice hotel in Yuzhno, but a bit far from the city centre and gargarin park. Can walk the distance when not so cold. The rooms and decor are nice and staff can speak English.

The room is very big and is located in the city center, close to anywhere nearby, about 10-20 minutes. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. Consider making several more.

The location is good, next to Lenin Square of the railway station. The hotel's sanitary facilities are not bad. The taste of breakfast is not very suitable, so I barely ate a little.

It a good hotel to stay. The room service very good and the reception great. The only problem is that the network WiFi is VERY bad (poor). This is not good for us as business people.

A normal hotel, not in the very center, but in a quiet area, the room is large, clean, pleasant smiling staff, it has everything you need, including slippers and a bathrobe, a lot of towels, each has two pillows, a TV with a bunch of channels. A bit missing from the socket next to the bed.
