Clean, you just need to patch up the plumbing a little, life does not interfere. And so an excellent hostel, with responsive staff, is constantly improving living conditions, renovating the rooms, landscaping the territory. I will definitely come back here.
Small cozy hostel. Clean, neat. The trick is that the rooms are not numbered, but named after the island of the Kuril chain. I lived in Urup.
I see that building and design room are good, also have beautiful garden, nice place with low price. Next time when I going to Russia, I will enjoying and spending my time in this hotel... 😊
Overall a normal hostel. Prior to arrival, we specified what time we would arrive from the airport, warned that we would arrive at 10. In response, they said no problem, we’ll prepare the number, come. In fact, they arrived, and we are told that the check-in is 12. Perhaps it will happen earlier if the visitors leave. Why it was asked is not clear. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Rooms are small but fully equipped with amenities. Shower, refrigerator, wc, TV. But poor soundproofing. For the money it is very good!

Very comfortable, clean, fresh small hotel. Service at the level of 5 *. Security is always online. Entrance doors are closed at night. Separate smoking room. The rooms have EVERYTHING. Affordable prices - from 2000. The motel staff is adequate - calm, polite. The location is very convenient for many. I would stay there to live.
