Nice hotel, staying here for the 2nd time. On the plus side: the rooms are clean, freshly renovated, the room has a hygiene kit, a kettle, a refrigerator, etc., close to shops, a dining room. Of the minuses: parking is problematic, because the hotel is located on the 1st floor of a residential building, and everything is crammed with cars, there is no table and chair in the room, where you can work, but not particularly critical (I used the mini table that was in the room). I was in a pandemic, so breakfast was brought to my room. Breakfast is good, see photos. I recommend the hotel

A bit frustrating is the lack of a bar, laundry and torn towels in the room.
A bathroom with a terrible layout, because of which water will surely flood the entire floor.
The water is disgusting, with a smell and a yellowish tinge. Clearly filtering problems. I do not recommend taking a bath. The skin will "burn".
TV remote control that went through the war. All dirty, disgusting to take in hand.
There is no noise insulation, and under the windows every evening people walk, return home from work, and you can hear all this.
In general, as said, three stars. No more, no less.

A good guest in its price segment. Delicious breakfast buffet. Spacious and comfortable rooms that meet world standards. Friendly staff who will be happy to answer all your questions. Of the minuses, I can note the following: personally, in my room, the bed linen was torn, or worn out from time to time, I can't say for sure. It didn't really bother me, tk. I spent the night exclusively in the room, and I only need a shower and clean bedding, it was clean. Well, the second minus is that the water supply in the room is not replenished, only 2 bottles per day of check-in. This is not critical, since there is a cooler with water two steps away, but still, this is a miscalculation. Oh yes, the last one. The hotel does not have its own parking. Be ready after 5 hours to drive around the area a little in search of free space

Nice hotel, clean, good service. Breakfasts are expensive, but there is an inexpensive dining room nearby, where you can take tomorrow for 150 rubles (not a euro dining room, but in the same house a little further down the street).

Nearby there is a stop of transport (tram and bus), which can carry along the embankment. But if you want to see tourist Samara, then it is better to stay in the center. There is nothing to do in the area.

What can be said about this hotel. Pros - clean, comfortable, polite staff, good breakfast, Internet from dom.ru enough for work, there is a bath in the room.
And now there are a few minuses - the towels are disheveled, the air freshener on the wall does not work, but the simple one does not. The TV is too small.
Overall the hotel is good and I would go back.

I would like some kind of breakfast variety. Otherwise, everything was fine - a comfortable location, a spacious room, clean, quiet, everything you need, friendly staff, a free luggage room helped out a lot.

great place for the money!common room, clean linen, excellent bed. the only negative point associated with the location of the air conditioner in our room, and the impossibility to open the window. thus, when very hot, bed not particularly comfortable

Clean and comfortable hotel. Furniture from IKEA, good Breakfast! Friendly staff. Cons - terrible audibility from the hallway (doors, voices, hear everything). Come the second time to the trip. Put three points only due to the lack of Internet, wifi is, but it works, somehow, had to spend a bunch of traffic.... So a solid four!
