Wonderful hotel! One of the best places in Togliatti, except maybe the Volga has some fun! Stylish, clean, very comfortable. Lovely, professional staff. For those wishing to have breakfast. The best eating places in Togliatti are on the next street. I think this is a better place to stay in the central part of the city.
