Not completely customer-oriented.

Good hotel, close to the center and the promenade on the Volga. Well furnished rooms, very clean with good bathrooms. Stable WiFi. Next door is a small shopping center where you can get everything. Excellent breakfast. One can confidently recommend it.

The parking lot is not doing very well.

Put 4, I wanted to put 3, but I saw in the room a personal message. There is no Elevator! I'm not a donkey, hire a staff that will pick it up. Guys I am willing to pay for it, why should I grieve over my own money!??? The bathroom is small, don't like booths.

Relatively normal overall. Plus: there is a good breakfast (scrambled eggs, bread and a drink to choose from), there is parking, a 24-hour front desk. Minus: apparently the administrator was not warned that they would redirect visitors from another hotel. And we, as guests, did not expect that it would be so. As a result, the rooms were not ready, the rooms were dusty enough (especially the soft upholstery...

Polite girl at the reception, she cooks breakfast. Porridge, scrambled eggs, tea. Room is ok, shower is clean. On the little things, something is unfinished, sockets fly out of the nest, the bed, except for the sheets, was normal. A sheet was put on the large bed from a small one, there is no mattress cover. No bar, sofa in the lobby. There is parking.
