Respect Hotel in Smolensk

I'm giving it 2 stars only for the reasonable size of the room (suite) and the location (close to the center).

And now, to the downsides:

1) It turns out that if you want your room cleaned, the trash taken out, and the towels changed, you have to give the key to the receptionist and ask them to do it.
The receptionist didn't say a word when we checked in. When we left, no one asked if we needed cleaning either. It's logical to assume there's a second key at reception. Or at least they should have mentioned it, or put a note in the room!

2) Basically, you have to dig up all the information (and know exactly what to ask for).
Why not tell them that the hotel has a backyard, so you can sit and relax in the shade? Poking around in the backyard on your own is a bad idea.
There's even a swing there. We were with a child, and that would have been useful. But the receptionist didn't say a word. 3) Put another trash can in the room, for crying out loud! There's a small trash can in the bathroom, but not a single one in the entire room. You could probably hang a bag on the door handle and throw your trash in there. And take it with you when you leave the hotel for a walk around town, like, "You can throw it out on the way." That's the logic, I suppose?

4) Breakfast is very meager.
Side dish: choice of 3 types of porridge: semolina, oatmeal, buckwheat.
Main course: choice of omelet or 2-egg omelet with sausage. Or pancakes.

Tea bag, 1 small muffin per person, and sliced ​​bread (I don't know if there's a limit of "1 slice per person").

No tiny cold cuts: no cheese, no butter, no sausage—nothing.

We charged extra for syrniki for our child (4 pcs. - 350 rubles). At first, there was no mention of them being paid (okay, the information is at reception, you can find it with your own eyes). Then the next day they asked if I should pay for the syrniki. We paid for the syrniki for the next breakfast before breakfast.
Today, they asked me to pay in advance: pay for the syrniki at 2:00 PM, and eat them tomorrow at 7:00 AM. What a strange approach! And again, do you have some kind of algorithm? Please explain it properly! We need to figure it out and guess.

Coffee is also paid. Well, just include those 50/100 rubles in the room price.

So, you have to go into the breakfast room, see the notice, go to the receptionist, and ask where to pay (answer: to the receptionist). Then the receptionist comes and makes the coffee.

5) The soundproofing is poor (a noisy group of people were partying next door until 3-4 AM), but that's not something you can fix with the service, I understand.

Please print out a reminder and put it in a folder in your room; it doesn't cost much. There's no phone number, so the administrator is the only one with all the information. And the administrator doesn't really say much :) Well, that's cool!
