Great hotel. Clean rooms. Fresh linen. Helpful staff. The kitchen is not the best in my opinion. I'm talking about the restaurant, it can be improved, but the breakfasts are very yum yum)

Excellent hotel. We were received on call. We had a husky with us. We ordered chicken broth to the room. As a compliment, we received something sweet. The most delicate cream with berries. Very friendly, welcoming staff. We were met by Marinochka. We liked everything. Parking in the yard. There is a large selection for breakfast. We had breakfast in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel! Has its own parking. Polite and competent staff. Both at the reception and in the cafe! Clean, new rooms. Slippers, robe, gel, shampoo and toothbrush in the room. Breakfast is not a Swedish table, a choice of 2 dishes from a varied menu. There was champagne for breakfast, which made my wife very happy. There is a restaurant. Night menu. Gym. If we are in Smolensk again, we will only stay here!

Convenient location, close to the center, friendly staff. Nice room with everything you need: shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, bathrobe. Good breakfast with a choice of dishes. Free private steamer. Next time I visit, I will stay again with pleasure!

Very cozy. I would especially like to note the work of the girl at the reception, Maria. My son and I stayed for one night on May 9, Maria organized everything we needed. Thank you very much!

Excellent hotel, although not located in the city center. Very cozy and clean rooms. The staff is polite and friendly. Good restaurant, enough space for parking. Prices for rooms are affordable. Highest recommendations.

The hotel is very decent! The staff is friendly, the room is cozy and clean. The only thing is that the hair dryer didn't work. But I think that if I had invited a specialist, everything would have been done on time.

I like it very much! I think we were lucky to find a place with such a level of service and comfort in Smolensk. Very tasty and fast cooking in the restaurant and for delivery. The room is clean, everything is new, everything works. It is quiet at night. Not stuffy, comfortable. We gave the child a children's shower set, he is happy. The staff is very polite, the team works great. Very comfortable. For complete happiness, manicure and massage services are missing.)
