The house has a large room, spacious, large living room, dining area. There is a kitchen. The yard is well maintained and beautiful. The hostess is SUPER !!! All liked it. Located far from the center, but often there are minibuses 4, 14 and 49, so there are no problems. Very large spacious house, clean, beautiful rooms. The hostess is a sociable and pleasant woman. Power is on. In general, everything is super!
The house is just great !!!! Our room has everything you need! Bath, toilet, closet, a huge bed, a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table, a huge kitchen below with all the bells, parking for 2 cars! Come here again for sure! The hostess is a wonderful person! In the morning you will always have a delicious breakfast))

I am staying at this hotel for the fourth time! Very cozy and comfortable, with high-quality inexpensive cuisine, an amazing spa complex and very friendly staff. For the New Year holidays, it is better to book rooms no later than the end of September.
A cozy place near the center of Smolensk. A surprisingly neat and relaxed place to relax, where you can eat very decently. The cuisine is far from modern ideas and directions of development, but at the same time of good quality. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. Can be recommended both to hotel guests and other visitors to the city.
Great place. We stayed in a family room for 4 people with two small children, a crib was provided without any problems. The room is large, clean and spacious, breakfast was booked in the evening, no questions asked, a large selection, they also found something to choose for our two-year-old son 😊 The location is good, quiet center. There is a playground at the hotel (we saw it, but did not have time...
I really love the restaurant in the Usadba hotel. Stylish, atmospheric with pleasant music... But that's not the main thing in the restaurant! The cuisine, and once again the cuisine!!! The porcini mushroom soup, beef cheeks - must have!!!! All the other dishes are also excellent!!!! What is also important to me is the wine list!! A good choice for different possibilities!! Very clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfasts. The rooms are quiet. Responsive staff. Decent service. I didn't find any cons. To my surprise I found a sauna in the room. Very cool! I recommend!

Wonderful guest house, friendly welcome, quiet beautiful place! We remember Valentina and would like to visit there again.
Huge territory, clean rooms, from entertainment: sauna, billiards, table tennis, huge chess. There are several gazebos on the territory. Huge figures of animals. But there is nothing to take children. Elementary sand mountain to tinker in the sandbox at least. And further! in rat / mouse rooms were kept awake all night. The hosts did not warn about this.
