I travelled with my grandmother and we were looking for a hotel that is centrally located and accessible for people with limited mobility. I've checked a lot of hotels in Kislovodsk and this one was perfect for us. Right in the middle of the Kurortny boulevard (main walking street), short walk to everything, Narzan, parks, shops, etc. The hotel doesn't have a lot of stairs and there are rooms on the first floor. It was what my granny needed.
Apart from being perfectly located it turned out to be unbelievably beautiful. The exterior and interior design is from 1903, was renovated jusy recently and is in perfect condition. I can't describe with word how beautiful this place is.
We were the first guests that staid at the hotel after the renovation and the staff made us feel very welcome. Natalia, Olga, Elena and Sabira took care of us and assisted with everything possible. During our short stay I tried the Hammam and it was really good. It was very relaxing to be there and enjoy the beautiful tiles and design.
I would love to come back again and to stay longer next time. I will keep very fond memories of this visit. Thank you for that.

Nice place, great location - in the very center of the city. Beautiful architecture, very clean! Nice, comfortable rooms (we lived in a 2-room suite with a child). Wonderful therapist, qualified masseurs! There is a great cosmetologist. Many different procedures. We had narzan and pine-pearl baths. You can sign up for the procedures even if you do not live here. The pool and hammam are clean. Food - there was full board. The food is ok (I can't say that it is excellent)

Nice and polite staff. A wide range of medical services. Possibility to take narzan baths. Swimming pool, hamam, tea and billiards. A wonderful view from the rooms on the historical appearance and architecture of Kislovodsk. I recommend to all.
