We came to rest according to the program from Mosgortour, bought an extra bed.
Of the benefits: clean air, the availability of a choice of procedures for a low cost.
Of the minuses: "streaming" procedures, back massage for 15 minutes, food is not just disgusting, but terrible; semi-cooked potatoes, salads, it feels like they are chewed with their mouths, and then they spit on a plate individually for everyone. Forget about 5 meals a day.
Upon arrival, the doctors said "if you do not buy procedures, we will not examine you." Rooms are cleaned and garbage is taken out every 2 days, despite the fact that toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet, and there is only one trash can. An extra bed is a folding bed, an ordinary folding bed that breaks under the sleeping person and for this they ask for an additional payment of more than 50,000 rubles. The rooms do not have air conditioning and a fan, it is insanely uncomfortable in the heat, the only way out is to sleep on the balcony, and even then not all rooms have it. There are no sun loungers, no place to sunbathe.

The food is VERY bad, we are hungry, they give 5 tablespoons of porridge for breakfast!!!

Hello!
We rested in the children's sanatorium "Smena" in Kislovodsk in a small group with children in March 2021. We were satisfied with the rest. I liked everything, the medical and health procedures, the excellent food, the professionalism and skill of the staff, the very convenient location of the sanatorium. We express our deep gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium, from the administration to the junior staff for a perfectly organized holiday. I would especially like to note the friendly and lovely Tatyana Vasilievna Kulakovskaya and Galina Petrovna Cheparina. I would like to thank the administrator of the sanatorium, a lovely girl named Zukhra, for the kind attitude and warm welcome. Many thanks to massage therapist Irina Yuryevna Bolshanina. The whole team of the medical corps and the girls in the dining room are also grateful and greetings.

I rested here with my son in August 2018. Overall I liked it. The room is cozy, with a private bathroom, a small TV, no refrigerator. The food is quite decent, but not very varied. The staff is friendly and polite. It is not very convenient to run around different buildings for procedures, especially in cold weather.
