If you choose such an establishment, be prepared for the Soviet way - from service to interior. I perceived the stay in this sanatorium as a quest, so I was not particularly upset. If you look closely, there are many disadvantages. Monotonous food, I especially want to highlight the food distribution system in the dining room. When you check in, a table number and a seat are assigned, while a chair is nearby, it is considered a crime. When they start delivering dishes on carts, consider that you will sit for at least 15 minutes and look at smacking faces if you got a table at the end of this cart. I was one of those. As a result, my meal was stretched by 40 minutes compared to the first tables.

Good resort, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, good food.

We booked a suite and were satisfied. The repair was done well, soundly, according to the standards of the 90s, everything is in order, nothing creaks, nothing flows. The quality of the cleaning is more or less. The food was plentiful, we could not eat everything. The medical center is in good condition, although the sanatorium is old. Luxurious park

I liked everything, we lived in a suite in the second building. The room has 2 rooms, a bed, bedside tables, a dressing table, a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table with 2 chairs. The room has everything you need, iron, hairdryer, dishes, electric kettle, even an ironing board and the pelvis. Large balcony. In general, everything for a comfortable stay. Two TVs. Meals were satisfied. Everything suited us and the mode and quality of cooking and variety, lots of vegetables and fruits. And in terms of volume, for my taste, even a lot, I couldn’t even eat everything. The treatment was prescribed in full. There are enough procedures. Sometimes it seemed a lot. Some had to wait in line. But this did not spoil the overall impression. And the queues were partly created by the vacationers themselves, who did not arrive at the procedures on time. But in general, everything is fine. The sanatorium has a well-groomed territory, a park with health paths. Every evening, the club hosts entertainment, dancing, concerts ... The staff is very polite. On their second visit to the Moscow Sanatorium (November 2016), they chose the Suite Twin in the 2nd building. The choice fell on the "Lux" (L2m2k2), because the trip was a spontaneous decision and at the time of purchase, other rooms were no longer on sale. We came across suite number 138 in the second building, next to the 100 office. Despite the fact that we arrived on a holiday, we were received by the doctor on duty and prescribed all the necessary procedures.
The room consists of two rooms: in one armchair with a sofa (which can be laid out), in the second two beds and an armchair. The room has 2a LSD TV, clothes dryer, ironing board, cupboard with dishes (cups, glasses, wine glasses, a jug and cutlery), a refrigerator, an electric kettle, air conditioning. A pleasant surprise was that the room has an iron and hairdryer. With wardrobes for things, trouble, at the entrance there is a small wardrobe for only 2 jackets, the second half of the wardrobe is occupied by an electrical panel, there is another wardrobe in the bedroom, but there are no shelves in it, this is an ordinary wardrobe with a small number of hangers.
The bathroom has a full acrylic bathtub with shower. There is a plastic bucket and a basin.
For each resident in the room put disposable slippers in individual packaging.
AND VERY Big balcony! I’ll even say more - a whole porch. I don’t know whether it’s a plus or minus for such a balcony, but since we lived in the autumn period, it was badly blown from the door, despite the plastic windows and the door.
On this, the "pluses" of the luxury end, and you can go to the "minuses".
On arrival, the lamps in the bathroom and the corridor did not light, I had to make a request. True, the bulbs were replaced only after 2 days and only partially. The bathroom leaks in the bathroom, but even after the application and the arrival of plumbers, nothing has changed.
The cleaning is not done well, upon arrival we found a large amount of dust in the cabinets and on the surfaces. On the refrigerator there were even the remnants of some dried food, and the kettle had a good layer of scale. I had to run to the store to buy rags and clean ourselves. They carry out cleaning every day, but, in fact, they just throw out the trash. Bed linen and towels are replaced every 5-6 days.
A very big minus is the lack of sound insulation between the room and the public corridor.
The repair is old, the furniture is ragged, I think this room knew better times. But in comparison with the rooms “standard” and “improved” in this sanatorium is really “Suite”.
There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby of the 2nd building and in the building with the pool, but it works very slowly.
Now it’s worth talking about nutrition and treatment in the sanatorium.
Living in "suites" eat in a separate dining room, on the 2nd floor of the first building. The food is quite diverse, but dietary, not everyone likes it. I heard a lot of negative reviews from vacationers about poor nutrition, but still this is a sanatorium and the food here is appropriate. The dining room works according to the menu system - ordering, on the day of arrival they are fed on duty dishes. For breakfast there are two main dishes and still offer porridge; lunch is standard: first, second and compote; for dinner - a second course, salad, and pastries with kefir. Fresh fruits and vegetables were also every day. In case of a trip on a long excursion in the sanatorium there is a service “lunch box”. By the way, excursions can be bought directly in the sanatorium at the dining room during breakfast or lunch. The resort offers a variety of medical procedures. We were assigned the standard procedures included in the package. It was also possible to pass tests and get advice from narrow specialists. In the lobby of the first building there is a pump room with mineral water (Essentuki No. 2, Slavyanovskaya), which is very convenient, because water should be taken 30-40 minutes before meals. On the territory there is a health path (completely unlit in the evening).
The medical staff is friendly and highly qualified. I did not like the long lines near some offices, and the imposition of several procedures at one time.
Despite the large number of minuses that mainly relate to living, we liked the treatment at the sanatorium and we will come to Kislovodsk more than once.
