In the sanatorium for the first time, on the recommendation of a friend, we purchased the Healthy Back program. The first thing that pleased us was that we arrived earlier than the stated time and we were immediately given a room. After 8 pm the room is already ready and settled at no extra charge. The second positive point is that in addition to the procedures indicated in the program, procedures aimed at maintaining the gastrointestinal tract were prescribed without any problems. We lived in building 4, the rooms are clean, daily cleaning, the bed is new. The maids are polite and friendly, cleaned well. The food is dietary))) I would especially like to note the medical staff from the offices 23.24. Very tactful, attentive and positive!!! In general, the treatment is very powerful, relief was felt after 10 days of stay. I recommend this resort!

The resort is very good. the food is delicious. Everything is enough, you don’t even need to buy extra in the store. the doctors are all friendly. go for procedures. walking. fresh air. beautiful landscapes.

In many ways, the Council of Deputies still remained, but on the whole I liked everything. Rooms in the 4th building are renovated, there are air conditioners, regular cleaning. But our toilet was dripping, we moved to another room. The linen is good. There is a laundry room. But why one dead iron for the whole body?
The treatment is intense, 9 procedures according to an extended program (massage, underwater massage, mud, physiotherapy, inhalation, mineral water with hydrogen sulfide, etc.).
Very good nurses (irrigation, underwater shower, mud). The ultrasound doctor is a competent, good dentist, endocrinologist, you can get tests inexpensively. We liked the cryochambers (but there are always a lot of people, although they quickly disperse, the specialist encourages during the procedure and "welcomes on board the spaceship" Health! ")))) But the masseuse in the 4th building on the 2nd floor is dark, rough. The ward nurse on the 4th floor is very helpful, but the therapist scolded us that we were late for the first appointment, that we walked for a very long time, that we did not understand something. ...
Rodon baths in a separate building, you have to go up the hill. Exercise therapy in the pool in the same place as the baths is not bad, but a very rude coach with a bob. And an inconvenient descent into the water.
The territory of the sanatorium seems to be large, but there is nowhere to walk, but there are many picturesque places nearby, a cable car to Mount Mashuk.
Meals for 3. The waitress of the 50 table Sveta is very nice, others are more indifferent. Dishes are bland and tasteless, there are very few fresh vegetables. You do not come to the very beginning of a meal, everything is already cold, you need to warm it up in the microwave. There are a lot of things for dinner, pastries (albeit delicious), but too hearty dinner, apparently, was combined with an afternoon snack. What for?
It's impossible to be in the dining room in the heat! Air conditioners can't cope, well, put normal ones, like in the lobby.
On excursions they give dry rations, it is normal, however, there is no bread.
We were 2 weeks, a busy schedule of treatment and rest. Be sure to take an excursion to Elbrus and Dombay !!! But do not forget about sunscreen, suitable footwear, warm clothes and raincoats (they do not warn about this when buying excursions, they should).
There is Internet in the room, but very slow, we sat on the mobile, if it was necessary to send files.
We wrote many more wishes in the questionnaire, they say that they are read, incl. chief physician, who is also the director. We hope it gets even better!

The sanatorium is located in the resort area (top of the foot of Mount Mashuk), next to the upper radon clinic. The location of the sanatorium is very convenient: near parks, drinking springs and free baths (radon and hydrogen sulfide - folk / shameless), failure, cable car.
The food in the sanatorium is varied (covid canceled the buffet), there are a lot of dishes.

But the state of the sanatorium (I mean the interiors) remained by and large in the Soviet period. Needs a good renovation. I note: there are no questions about plumbing, shower rooms with toilets have been repaired.
In terms of treatment: I could not evaluate, because I bought a ticket with a minimum set of procedures (practically without them) herbal tea, exercise therapy and something else. There is a gym. But access to these resources is very inconvenient in time, I will note as non-client-oriented.
If you are counting on the purchase of additional procedures on the spot, then keep in mind that before they are prescribed, additional studies will be imposed on you (blood, etc., up to MRI and consultations in local clinics), this is a business, you know.
There is a representative of the travel agency in the sanatorium, all excursions of the region are available.
As a result: I rate the accommodation as a solid and good 4 with a fat plus.
