Decent hotel for the money. Were here with the tour (that is, the hotel was included in the tour price). Very large rooms (even the standard is huge). Nice jacuzzi shower. Yes, a little old furniture. And they noted that for 3 nights and 4 days they never changed our towels and did not even go to renew toilet paper. And overall a good place! And yet, at the time of their stay, breakfast was canceled. As a result, the organizers of the tour had to prepare dry rations for us on the road during the excursions themselves. We were on dates from 04 to 07 November 2021.

The staff are friendly. Breakfast can be prepared if desired. There is parking on site. The area is well appointed. The rooms are of course unkempt. Showers are already broken. Smoky. Redecoration required. But, great location.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days - we came to see the city of Pyatigorsk and its environs, to travel on excursions. In general, we are satisfied with the choice of the hotel. The undoubted advantages of the hotel are good value for money, a quiet place, but at the same time close to the center, attentive and friendly staff - very friendly attitude towards guests - we thank Oksana, Galina and Yulia !, a magnificent courtyard - beautiful and well-kept, very spacious nice rooms, a wonderful sauna with a swimming pool, hot breakfasts, its own parking lot. The disadvantages include the unstable Internet - we even changed the room, since the Internet was important for us, and the low sound insulation between the rooms - the neighbors can be heard strongly (we had two sleepless nights due to noisy companies in the next room). But in general, we liked the hotel, we wish all employees success and prosperity in everything!
