This is our second time staying here and I hope this is just the beginning

A very large room with a large double bed, a folding bed, a TV, a fan, a table and chairs, a kettle, a microwave oven, a toilet, a shower cabin, a sink with a mirror and all the shelves. Quiet place, just what we needed

A convenient place to spend the night if you are moving in transit to the south or north. Not far from the highway, without entering the city and yet within walking distance

There are no signs of the guest house (there is no sign of the house number either ☺ ), so you need to arrange a meeting by phone in advance

Not far from the train station, near the dining room. The room was rented luxury, its price corresponds to all 100%.

Cozy, near the railway station, and the avenue that leads to the resort area!

Great place: location, cleanliness, staff and comfort!

The staff is nice, got everything we asked for. Interior is great!!! The air conditioner works!!! TV works!!! The faucets don't leak and the water is perfectly hot

the garbage was removed only on the first day, when I asked for a wet cleaning (my husband has an allergy), I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper
