Ideal living conditions. There is everything from an iron in the dressing room to cream in the fridge. The children were also pleasantly surprised by a surprise from the hotel in the form of chocolates. We lived in an apartment with 3 children. There was enough space for 5, but for convenience we were also given an extra playpen for a baby with a full set of baby clothes. In the end, everyone slept perfectly. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. I don't know where it comes from, but it was in plastic containers and very cold. And despite the fact that I asked to prepare breakfast for us by 10, at 9 in the morning they called me and asked me to come pick up food. On the second day, we no longer took their breakfast. In addition, the kitchen in the room is fully equipped for self-catering. You can fry eggs and drink coffee with cream, everything you need is available in the kitchen. In general, we liked everything very much. The kids didn't even want to leave! Thanks to the hotel staff for their work and for their attitude towards customers. We will visit you again and again.

In November 2021, we rested in the resort town of Essentuki. We went without a ticket, settled in the Park & ​​House Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the homely atmosphere, warm welcome and attitude towards vacationers. The rooms are very comfortable (suites and mini-suites), upon check-in there is a nice bonus in the form of a tea set with sweets and a refrigerator with cool water. At the hotel you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner - these are imported sets, not too varied, but everything is tasty and fresh. Near the hotel there is a sanatorium on the territory of which the pump room with Essentuki mineral water No. 4 and 17, literally 200 meters, is also within walking distance of Victory Park, and behind it all the sights of the city. The girls at the reception are always ready to answer any question, prepare and send to your phone information about the most interesting excursions, restaurants with Caucasian cuisine (and not only), medical institutions. The holiday flew by unforgettably, especially pleasant memories of the hotel and the people working for our comfort.

Wonderful hotel! For us, 11 days flew by completely unnoticed. Delicious breakfasts, wonderful and helpful staff, always perfect cleanliness and home comfort. We didn't want to leave. Thank you Park&House, we will definitely visit again!

Stayed in the Family Suite. Nice room in excellent condition. Feels like a fresh renovation. Decorated stylishly and harmoniously - I have been looking for a similar option in Essentuki / Kislovodsk for a long time, I am glad that I settled on this one. Did not expect at all, but cleaning was every day. Friendly staff, great parking, a nice little compliment in the room upon check-in. Only pleasant impressions remained.

However, I was surprised and a little embarrassed at the beginning by the view from the windows at the level of the sidewalk (into the courtyard of a residential building). Those. looking out the window you see the wheels of cars, the feet of pedestrians, etc. This created some inconvenience: the windows were almost always drawn, in the mornings it was noisy from the flow of people, but since we spent little time in the room (visited other resort towns, which are very convenient to get to by traveling by car) - for us it was not problem.

The staff works for 5. Thank you girls. First time here and 100% satisfied. Cleanliness is everywhere. The rooms are cozy, there are bathrobes, shampoos, tea and a snack in the room. Only there were no one-time slippers, but against the background of everything else, this fact turned out to be a trifle. Thank you for the good service, cozy rooms and cleanliness everywhere. Please don't change. The prices correspond to the comfort. Our room with a large bed cost, if I'm not mistaken, 2000 rubles. I heartily recommend this place. And for the guests of the city, a big plus of this hotel is that within walking distance from it is a wonderful park where you can breathe fresh air, a playground if you come with kids and exercise machines for those who combine business with pleasure.
