Sanatorium for 5+. Within walking distance there are two beautiful parks for walking. Modern, spacious, bright rooms, the presence of 3 lifts for each building. New and modern medical department. Friendly and attentive staff, daily cleaning of rooms and the entire hotel. Delicious and varied food at the buffet. I would also like to mention the nurses of the mud therapy department.

An excellent sanatorium, I advise everyone. If you want to relax, get a good treatment, you are here. I'll start all over again: From the railway station to get about 1.2 km. We walked on foot, a taxi that stands near the station asks for 300 rubles. (Call Yandex -taxi for 49 rubles to the sanatorium). We chose the 10th floor (even) and admired Elbrus in the mornings. Even a gourmet will be satisfied with the food. To be honest, I haven’t tried a lot. Everything was delicious, including mutton and salads with seafood. The abundance of food, as in good atelier abroad. If you are going for treatment, take your medical card so that the doctor can prescribe the correct therapy for you. I must say right away that laziness is NOT CHEAP, but also a "status" sanatorium. This can be judged by the wall with the photographs in which you You will see many famous people who visited this sanatorium. Yes, I completely forgot, if you are by car, the parking is underground or guarded, the price is from 200 to 400 rubles per day. We did not take excursions, we went ourselves from the railway station to Kislovodsk (train every 30 minutes)
We took a taxi to the market in Pyatigorsk (the price of a taxi is 500 rubles, and if you don’t take a taxi through Yandex, it will come out from 650 rubles). Taxi drivers are very friendly, while they are working as a guide, ask them where it is better to go. Next year we decided to go to sanatoriums of Kislovodsk to see everything there. We rest in this sanatorium 4 times. And every time we are waiting for the next vacation to visit the sanatorium Istochnik. Very cozy, comfortable, clean. The location is just super, everything is nearby: the upper spring, the lower spring, the mud baths, the park - everything is within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and everything is thought out, the design is in soothing colors, I really like the shower cubicle - it is spacious and comfortable. There is a safe, which contributes to peace of mind, there is no need to carry all your valuables with you. The food is so tasty and varied that there is no need to go and eat somewhere else. Gym: I really like ellipses, treadmills. We could also add simulators, but to keep in shape, everything is there. The pool is also pleasing, we are happy to visit the whole family. It is very convenient to warm up and relax in the hammam after a load. Our family has a great experience of spa treatment, therefore, we always know what procedures are needed and we buy a vacation voucher, and we buy treatment separately. Never faced rudeness. Reception, booking - they will always explain everything politely and calmly. Medical center - they can easily change the time and day of the procedures. There are no queues, there is the possibility of always being received at a different time from the appointed time. It also happened with us that the pediatrician went on vacation, but during the stay he took another one without any problems. The closed area allows the child to find friends and move around the sanatorium without any problems, we are calm and comfortable, knowing that the child will not leave the sanatorium. There is a Children's room, where the teacher not only watches over the children, but also makes crafts. Every time we have a package of crafts goes home with us))) Regarding the elevators: yes, they break, but the main thing is that everything is done quickly. And another very important point is heating. It's always so warm that we wear T-shirts. This February it was -15 at night, but it was warm in the rooms and buildings. I know that other sanatoriums have problems with this. You can always find flaws, but it is also very important with what attitude to go to rest and, most importantly, you need to treat the staff with respect, they create comfort for us.
