This is a great place to have a good rest and relaxation. The sanatorium is located not far from the railway station, so you can get there on foot. The sanatorium has very comfortable rooms. You can see a squirrel here. One small minus is the cleaning of the room. We did not have it every day, although it was supposed to be every day.

Now in detail:
Checkpoint - the employees are very welcome, they told me where to go, well done!
Reception - met, quickly issued, gave magnetic cards, initially booked the European building, thought that it would be better there, but the number let us down - and then an appeal to the guests follows - Gentlemen and Ladies, please do not spoil the property, since the next guests are not very pleasant find torn curtains and a broken shower door.
Thanks to the reception service, they found us a perfect room in the Central Building, without any additional payments, where we spent 2 weeks.
In general, it is time to start updating the European case slowly.
The room in the Central Building is excellent, after renovation, all the sets are present, there are bathrobes, slippers, a safe, air conditioning, a business room has a sofa.
Change of bed linen and towels every 3 days.
From the wishes: to vacuum in the room more often, because the floor coverings accumulate dust well, do not save on the maids! Drinking water - on the floors in the cooler.
Put the washing machine, and preferably 2 in the Central building.
The dining room - the nutritionist met, set the table, and for the entire rest period, I had to change the table. Again, an appeal to guests - do not make scandals because someone is sitting at your table, there are always free tables. Everyone has different situations, because of the treatment, it is not always possible to eat in their shift, no one gets better from scandals. Be calmer.
To the administration: Think, maybe it makes sense altogether to abolish the system of rigid attachment to the table, but simply to regulate the number of people in the hall.

The food is tasty and varied, for every taste, the only thing that please draw the attention of the staff: fight against flies, periodically crawled along the food line, and on plates, only napkins save, I hope the problem will be solved by the next visit.

Medical base: quite good, the doctor received the next day and immediately after the appointment received some procedures, because the medical building works all days. Thanks to all employees of the medical building - lovely, welcoming people. I wish the administration to protect and appreciate such people, they are the value of your sanatorium.

Summing up: a good sanatorium, a good location, a 5-minute walk from the pump room with mineral water Essentuki 4, tasty and varied food, excellent entertainment, nature.

Excellent sanatorium. But the roads must be done. All the time I take my brother to work and there is one pit. When it is done.

We rested for a short time in this sanatorium. Excellent buffet (for spa food) and helpful staff trying to solve problems. Warm swimming pool, medical building working on weekends, clean territory, walking distance to the resort park.
Now about the problems:
1. Change the transfer operator or the channel of communication with him. We waited for a car at the airport for 40 minutes, they were going to deliver the car from the sanatorium to the airport the next day. Both times the operator blamed the health resort, the health resort against the operator. As a client, the process is not important to me, but the result is not satisfactory.
2. When booking a program (in our case, a spa-tour) that has a certain set of services, compare with the possibility of performing these services on the date of booking. In fact, some of the services, in agreement with us, were replaced by others - there are no free time slots for the voiced services on the dates of stay. Ideally, place a reservation for services on the dates booked when paying for the voucher, this will help avoid negativity.

To compare with, was the first time in a sanatorium. Food very good and varied for each meal of different dishes in the range, in addition fruit, cond. products, yogurt, coffee, etc., salads a lot different. Treatment is varied, the treatments are different, is carried out efficiently, treat patients with respect, but the staff is surly some kind. After 10 days I felt real improvement of life tonus, OOO grew ;-). The rooms are cozy and clean, free of old furniture, in General, liked it. The scant leisure activities: table tennis, pool table (old table), chess, movies sometimes show. A pleasant courtyard. the location is great, in the centre of the resort, the Grand Narzan pump room is a 5 minutes walk, 200 meters Semashko mud baths, the mud went.
