The sanatorium is after renovation, the room is very good, everything is new, the view from the windows is gorgeous. Mineral water right in the lobby, the food is quite without frills, but no heartburn, no indigestion. The female animator is just fire, the cultural program is rich. I have not attended medical procedures, but there is a choice. The territory is being improved, there is a pond nearby, walking is a pleasure. The air, after the capital, is simply gorgeous.

An excellent sanatorium. Rooms are just after renovation. Everything is clean and fresh. Buffet meals for every taste. Treatment is what you need. Exercise therapy fire !!! The staff is polite and friendly, they can solve any problem.

The owners of the sanatorium bought the road and banned the passage of the neighboring mine plant. water Scheme from the 90s. Think before using their services and supporting their business.

Now the sanatorium is under renovation. But already quite pleasant impressions left. Water "Novoterskaya healing" is supplied from a well through a mineral pipeline, the pump room is right in the hall. The area is not large. Now he is improving. A Temple is being erected nearby. The sanatorium is located in a protected area (I saw foxes, herons, snakes). To the nearest minibus 900m. Shops in the villages of Zmeika, Novotersky and Privolny. For hikers, there is a 5 km old road to Zheleznovodsk through the forest. There is a pond, places to rest. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers.
Old furniture in rooms, but clean. Cleaned every day. Towels 3pcs. change every three days. There is an LCD TV, refrigerator. The bed linen is new. Change once a week.
The food is excellent. According to the menu. In addition to the menu, there is porridge for breakfast and dinner for everyone.
The animators are great. Exercising, aerobics, and other activities right in the fresh air near the building.
The pool is small but clean. Do not miss exercise therapy! The instructor is wonderful. Treatment is scarce, but there is a lot to buy for an additional fee.

A secluded place in the mountains. Boring. Transport is inaccessible, there are minibuses in a couple of kilometers (which have been put on absenteeism for a long time). C grade numbers. The food is monotonous, chicken and cheap fish, millet porridge with boiled beets for fish or some other slightly edible combination can be served as a side dish. In the event of force majeure, it is unrealistic to receive medical assistance. There is no pediatrician at all. The administration is indifferent to the problems of vacationers. Leisure for those over 60, like songs to dudes and dances to Stas Mikhailov. There are no clubs for children, no leisure at all. Snakes are found on the territory and poisonous plants are planted as decorative ones. The treatment is poorly organized, most of you will spend in queues for procedures. A place for strong-minded and healthy retirees.
