- The rooms are so small that you can't even turn around in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi on the computer is forgotten every time I turn it off, and then I have to constantly re-register. The windows are drafty, making the room very cold, and the air conditioner and radiators barely provide any heat. The blanket is so thin it's like a napkin.
- The hotel staff is a bit inexperienced. The water from the new cotton and shawl does not drain well.

- Fridge dint work, shower a bit dirty and the place feels a bit old
- Rooms are rather small
- Old elevators but not a deal breaker. Spa was quite small and underground, not very pleasant but ok.
- Behavior of reception staff. I think owner of this hotel has to appoint very polite staff. If you visit restaurant or bar of this hotel then you will realize that staff is polite .
