Viktoriya Hotel

This is a hostel, where people of non-Slavic nationality from Asia still live, but on the first floor they made a hotel like. Everything is very primitive, of course, no Internet. And back in 2013, students lived there, but then everyone was dispersed or forced to pay in full, but in 2017 prices were already raised by another 70% so much so that the price for a room in this hostel began to equal the price of renting a one-room apartment. Plastic windows were inserted at the expense of the program for the resettlement of Ukrainians after 2014 in some rooms, or rather, where these settlers were supposed to live. The door to the room, for example, a wooden frame on 2 sides, upholstered with a sheet of fiberboard, you can hear everything. Well, the hotel arose on the site of the students' sports hall. But no one lives in it almost, or just very vagrant. For you have a bed with a TV set without the Internet at the price of a day in the southern resorts of Russia. Of the advantages of this hostel, this is a watchman, who is called the administrator and is now not on watch, but at the reception.
