Thought out to the smallest detail to make guests feel comfortable. Any of our "whims" (traveled with two small children) was carried out willingly, instantly, very politely. It left a very good impression

Good hotel for a couple of days. Breakfast is monotonous, but you won't leave hungry. I've been here more than once, but every time I've been satisfied with everything

I was visited by friends from Moscow, had nowhere to stay. Advised Grand hotel. They were very pleased. Especially pleased with the service in the hotel and cafe, situated in the city center.

The rooms are clean, cozy, everything is there. Breakfast is excellent and included in the price. Polite staff. Would recommend.

Great hotel, I liked everything, maybe just a little expensive since much hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms

Was on a business trip to Tambov, an excellent hotel. All services at the highest level - the room, service, dining

But the interior, weak water pressure in the shower, stuffy (didn’t open the window right away), harsh light from the ceiling and walls, good audibility of the neighbors (in the next room the woman was talking on the phone, and on the other side the man was watching some kind of cart game)

Luxurious hotel. But high prices. Clean, breakfast included.

The hotel is simple with no frills. What you need to have everything. To spend the night is very good.

Modest, clean, inexpensive. There are no blackouts in a standard room, I couldn't get enough sleep (but there is air conditioning). The breakfast was not impressive. In general, it is tolerable for a business trip.
