The most important thing for this sanatorium is that there are no narrow specialists. In 2017 there was a neurologist, a very good SPECIALIST! There were other narrow specialists. In 2019, apart from the staff, there is no one for banal procedures. My child was not given a direction to the pool with min. water, because he is 6 years old, and my accompaniment is needed, but for this it was necessary to pay for himself - each visit is 400 rubles. Although the son has been professionally engaged in swimming for several years. And only my presence was enough, without using the pool itself. All procedures where accompaniment of a small child is required are aimed at obtaining additional profit from parents. Not small budgetary funds are spent, but there is no quality. And the prices are high for additional paid services ... They don’t care about the safety of children at all. We were in the period of melting snow, check-in February-March. For 20 days, no one cleared the snow from the roof. Terrible boulders hung, which fell in pieces. The owners only wrote a warning at the entrance about the snow falling off the roofs. When a block of ice falls from the roof, even an adult will not have time to jump back, not like a child. So, because of the uncleaned roof, the 3rd floor dripped! there were 5 buckets in the corridor because everything was leaking, in the dining room the whole roof was also leaking, the ceiling was opened in places, there were rags between the tables. The blankets in the rooms are prickly, we then itched from them. It is not possible to sleep under them, though when asked, they replaced us with a normal one, only one was available. No Internet! We live in a modern world and many parents should have free access to the Internet at work, even on vacation. The director's excuse is very funny, he started talking about some porn sites. He said without thinking to adults ... The animals on the street have dirt, they didn’t clean it. In general, the rabbit had everything in the products of vital activity. From the pros: good and varied food, cuisine at the highest level, like in 2017, wonderful staff. Children are interested in daily activities. My son is 6 years old, there were a lot of boys of his age in this race, so he did not have to be bored. I didn’t like the doctors, it’s easier to be with the visitors .. they said that they would invite narrow specialists, we needed a neurologist and did not wait. And all the procedures, except for mud therapy and mechanical massage, we can go for free in our city .. Definitely, the sanatorium has become worse, and I don’t want to return! In 2017, we were delighted, we wanted to return again! For the same money that the state spends on this "rehabilitation" center for a mother and child trip, you can go abroad to a good hotel.

A family-type sanatorium - I rested with a child of 13 years old .. The arrival began on February 20, the procedures got only on February 25, practically no one deals with middle and senior children, there was a terrible stuffiness in the rooms, so the window was not closed, the child fell ill and treated her for a week means. ... For adults, everything is paid for peels, but you won’t get everything you want, they don’t inform customers about weekly discounts on processors, the ski base is not heated - so the shoes are cold ... There is also no information about the fact that dry rations are not issued on the road information, and in the nearest store (1.5 km.) there is nothing - no fruits, no juices, no sausages, no cheese, from the bakery on the window there was one braid with poppy seeds ....
