I myself do not really believe in the reviews, until I check it. But I want to say about this hotel, a lot of good things, if you start with the reservation, we booked a room just at the time of the recent lockdown
Everything in the room is modern, clean, after the spa and water park, on the first call they brought clean bathrobes, varied breakfasts. The water park and spa is a separate topic altogether
They called us, apologized and rescheduled everything for the near future, smiling girls came to the reception, told us everything, gave us the keys
