Excellent hotel and thermal spring. The water park is very crowded... But the organization is good. The massage in the SPA is not bad

Comfortable place to relax. No crowds. Safe, although very impressive rides. Excellent cafe. Good hotel, modern tools in conference halls. Located in the part of Tyumen beyond the river. The city center is accessible via two nearby bridges. Distance three kilometers and ten minutes of time. Transition from the hotel to the entertainment area inside the building. Very practical considering the annual weather cycle in Tyumen. Suitable for family vacations. Accommodation at the hotel includes access to the water park!) In general - a well-thought-out good place.

Cool hotel. Really corresponds to all 4****. Almost everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Excellent new rooms. Pleasant service staff. Everything is done promptly, quickly and unnoticeably for clients. In general, I definitely recommend this hotel and SPA complex to all guests of Tyumen to visit...

I don't really trust reviews myself, I won't believe them until I check them out. But I want to say a lot of good things about this hotel, if I start with the reservation, we booked a room just for the time of the recent lockdown. They called us, apologized and rescheduled everything for the near future, smiling girls came to the reception, told us everything, gave us the keys. Everything in the room is modern, clean, after the spa and water park, they brought clean robes at the first call, varied breakfasts. The water park and spa are a separate topic altogether. The massage is generally relaxing 🔥, it is worth the money. I can write a lot more. But I'll finish here. You are super. Prosperity to you and many guests.

+ All staff were friendly, although most couldn't speak English they were very warm and positive. The room was good and clean.
- There was a mini-fridge, but no snacks or drinks in the room I was staying. Not a huge deal for me so didn't raise it with the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We liked the hotel; we lived in a standard room with a 1.5 year old child. Comfortable mattress, plenty of towels. Good breakfast (buffet). What was missing: a heated towel rail (but there is a regular sliding dryer). There really wasn’t enough children’s room, although there is one on the second floor, it was closed😒 (they said it was because of coronavirus), but this is wrong. You can always find a solution to use it one by one.

Great place for a family vacation! Friendly staff starting from the entrance and continuing throughout the entire hotel and SPA complex. Luxurious, clean, comfortable rooms. The water park is also on the level, clean everywhere, attentive and polite staff. Thank you very much!!!! We'll be back to you!

We came from Surgut on vacation to relax with children. Rested from 29.03 to 01.04.2021. The hotel is super, the water park is the best, the thermal area is second to none. The hotel provides everything - from a toothbrush with paste, shampoo, hair dryer and ending with slippers. The buffet in the restaurant "August" is varied - you can feed a child of 4, 8 and 17 years old, for adults there is a huge assortment even for the most fastidious persons. The SPA complex provides a variety of free treatments that I have used repeatedly: hammam, Russian, olive baths, contrast foot baths, an ice bowl, a jacuzzi and more. Paid services include all types of massage. I tried classic and relaxing massage💆‍♀️ Try it and you will not regret it. Lobby bar (at 4⭐) Not all dishes are available and I would like a more varied menu 🍛 Adults are delighted, children really enjoyed visiting the aqua complex. We plan to visit this place again in the fall 👍, now not for 3 days, but for 5

We go not for the first time, we really liked the thermal complex, there is everything you need for a great vacation! Hot spring, saunas, hammam, baths, font, water park, sea water pool, wave pool, river imitation, children's area with slides, cafe, excellent spa treatments, I did not like individual soaring, well, maybe just unlucky with the steamer! The hotel room was nice, new and clean. The buffet breakfast is chic, there are cereals, and cottage cheese, and yogurts, and second courses, and sweets, and various plates with cuts of sausage, cheese, fish ... I advise you to visit!
