We liked. In general, we thought it would be easier, that is, worse. But the junior suite is spacious, clean and comfortable. The room has everything: refrigerator, kettle, soap accessories, slippers, bottle opener) It's a pity there is no water, it is only in the cooler on the 1st floor. The hotel has a medical center, spa treatments, pressure chamber. The staff is helpful. The hotel is located not far from the center, within easy walking distance to all attractions and there are many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Recommend

Standard single room - tired linoleum on the floor, everything is modest.
Additional accessories on request, it is not clear why to declare a bathrobe, foam and soap accessories, if you need to ask for them (okay, a kettle ..) By the way, bathrobes up to 44 rubles.
And yet, it is declared as a spa hotel, but spa services are not provided on Sat and everything is not provided at all.
The administrator (she was dark) is not penetrable - all do not care ...

Gentlemen! Be careful using the services of this Hotel. Very suspicious staff and management.
We LLC accidentally transferred excess funds on 08/02/2021.
On the same day, they wrote a letter for a refund, asked in an amicable way.
Today is 08/11/2021 - the funds have not yet been returned.
They speak boorishly, the director does not come to work, and the accountant can only list after his permission.
They illegally use other people's funds for 10 days.

Nice clean hotel in a good location for exploring the city centre but there are few amenities in the room (no kettle, fridge etc.) with many having to share the external showers on each floor.

Excellent hotel. The guys at the reception are nice and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The room is very bright and spacious. The mattress is comfortable, which is rare for hotels. There is a Wi-Fi, but, unfortunately, it is slow.

Excellent hotel! The room is large and clean. 24-hour front desk with courteous staff. Hassle-free hotel. Of the minuses, I can only note the slow Wi-Fi. At times the speed dropped to 1Mbps.

The idea of the hotel is good, the implementation is worse.
When checking in, they give coupons for treats in a cafe, on the back are written conditions and a note that it is free and does not require additional actions. There was no other explanation. As a result, it was convenient for me to drink 3 coffees in one morning, which was refused, as one coupon for one day. To my objection that I paid more than I would actually be in the morning, I received the answer that this was not their problem. In the evening, the coupon says beer until 22:00, went in at 19.54, the establishment was closed. I was told that there is no beer, and mulled wine will not be poured, since they are already closed and come back tomorrow (remember about one coupon one day). In general, a good idea has turned into trash.
The charlotte in the photo was as tough as stale bread and without apples.
