Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Very convenient location, friendly staff, amazing girl at the reception (❤️) and lovely rooms, no complaints

Wonderful hotel. The room has everything you need. The rooms themselves are comfortable. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts, you can choose from the evening and breakfast will be served to you at the specified time. In the evening, you can dine in the restaurant, choosing something from the menu or order a complex dinner. The staff is responsive and attentive to the needs of residents.

They took more money than they had to!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!! They do not want to get money back. They said “it is gift from us- the breakfast”. The gift they charged to, but we did not eat any breakfast. Do not registered the guests, you have to know that is necessary by Russian law. Anyone speaks English. It is awful place, the room is smelling like a skunks. Far away from everything... At the main road, so you will not sleep. Absolutely disgusting. Lady at the reception is crazy...

Quiet, clean. In winter, it was slippery to climb the stairs, the impression that for Volgograd it is the norm not to clean the sidewalks and stairs. Breakfast is continental. On the ground floor there is a good gym, a lot of exercise machines. There is a small pool and hammam. From 17-19 guests can use it for free for 1 hour.

Pros: location. Close to the business trip building. Beautiful facade.
Cons: Feels like a run down hotel. The linen is not fresh !!, the smell of dust, the door to the bathroom did not close !! offered to move to another room on the trail. day at exactly 12 noon. It is not comfortable! Internet did not work at all (had to connect mobile).
Breakfast is not tasty, scrambled eggs are cold. There is no one in the hall except us. Made an appointment at 10:00 and breakfast was delivered 20 minutes later! In the review below it is written that "the hostess is cooking dressed in anything." It was the same in our case. Definitely not up to 4 stars.

Nice and pleasant hotel. Quite fresh interior, obviously well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast, there is a choice. There were some shortcomings (for example, noise from the highway), but overall the impression is pleasant. There is a desire to return.

There is no soundproofing, the rooms always stink of sewerage, the water is not hot enough, and besides, there is nothing interesting in the interior, and breakfast is prepared by the hostess herself, without a uniform, dressed in anything!!! No, in no case can you live with them, and most of the good comments about your hotel are written by relatives and staff themselves! Checked from the inside! Ahhh, and the permanent residents are cockroaches! If you need a pleasant stay, drive by🙏
