I booked a hotel for my husband, on a business trip I had to literally spend the night from 31.10 to 01.11. I called and booked a single room with a bathroom in the room for 1100. I specifically warned the administrator that my husband would come to check in after 6 pm. As a result, upon arrival, it turns out that his booked room was given to someone, because you see, he didn’t call, although they warned about the late arrival time and dictated her husband’s phone !!! They didn't even apologize! Settled in a room for 800 r, with amenities in the hallway. I do not recommend, otherwise you risk being left without an overnight stay.

The hotel is terrible. The linen is all in spools. Everything is old. Tea and coffee are not made. There is only a kettle. Only the price arranged.
