The hotel is without stars, therefore, it’s probably not worth waiting for something unusual. Plastic windows were sealed in our room. At -5, it seemed to be not cold, but if it had been frost, I don’t know what would have awaited us. There is carpet on the floor, the room is clean, the bathroom is tidy, with a good repair. It was upset that there was no wi-fi in our room. At the reception, at my request, to somehow influence this situation, they shrugged. As a result, the entire package of the mobile Internet was used up. There is no kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, cups in the room. Cleaning is carried out by the standards.
Very good hotel in Veliky Ustyug! The comfort, service and design of the rooms are top notch. Natalia administrator is a mega cool Pro. Greetings to her huge from Vologda!)))
Near the hotel there is a wonderful cafe "Gostiny Dvorik ". Not expensive, delicious, cozy, the wait was not long.
Cafe review. Under quarantine conditions, plastic plates, glasses and cutlery; food for four, mostly in the style of "meat under mayanesic". The coffee is pretty decent, dessert is cakes from the store. It is a pity that they did not notice the grill menu when they made the order: perhaps it would have been tastier. The waiters are pleasant.
Good hotel. In general, comfortable, rented a large room with a bed and a sofa. Linen is clean as is the room in general. The cafe has delicious food, pleased with the fish, the cook is well done. I was very surprised by the bathroom, I must say that it is a strange decision to put a small screen so that water does not splash from the shower, but to do it by one third. Getting out of the bath is uncomfortable, the floor slips. And so, branded bags with sugar, chocolate, create an entourage. Generally good.
Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, excellent with excellent inexpensive cuisine. The place, of course, is not atmospheric, but I don’t need it. Showers in the hallway, but equipped decently and the water is hot. And the rooms have no overhead light, only sconces, there are no tables either, so it will be difficult to work. But the hotel is located in the very center of the city, attractions and the promenade are within walking distance.
The rooms are small in size, but for a business trip on a budget option it is quite ok.
