I would like to thank the administrator Olga for showing understanding and willingness to help. We arrived around midnight, as our reservation was broken in another place (they simply threw it). Olga picked up a great room for us, we were with a cat, very tired and she quickly arranged everything. Thank you very much for the overnight!

- I fell sick and had to rebook for a few days. I had two bags of trash and all my towels were dirty and I was out of toiletries. My room was not cleaned once. I understand it likely was to protect staff from also getting sick, but I needed certain things done and when I removed the "do not disturb" sign from the door, they skipped my room for cleaning. There's also no tea facilities in the room, and the stolovaya on compound was less than impressive.

Cozy hotel, room was clean. The only thing that marred the holiday was the water situation, there was a city accident and there was no way to even wash up

The hotel is not bad. Arrived early, settled immediately, that is, before the checkout time. On the floor there is a killer male and female, as well as only one shower cabin for the entire floor - this is not very convenient. But everything is clean.
The rooms are acceptable. There is a small TV, wardrobe, sink, table, glasses.
On the ground floor there is a cafe-bar. You can have breakfast for 120 rubles, lunch - around 300 rubles.
Nearby is the railway station, grocery stores. Not so far from the center.

I booked a room for my mother via the Internet, everything went fine, 5% discount. Checked in before 12 without any problems, the room is cozy, the administrator is friendly. The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station which is very convenient.

Hello. Were with a child passing through Vologda. We settled for the night at the Sputnik Hotel.
Liked it very much. The price is the lowest in the city and the location of the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the railway station. Cozy room. The room has everything you need.
