This is the only place we stay in Voronezh! Excellent value for money, wonderful staff. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained.

Were in this complex. They were very satisfied. Clean, beautiful, nice music, a huge pool, warm .. The girl at the reception, told everything, showed, brewed a delicious hour! The price is acceptable. I recommend! We are planning a trip with the kids.

Great staff. Rooms in good condition. The pool is clean. In the pool, our baby was perfectly occupied so that adults could still buy. The restaurant is a bit specific in terms of the taste of the food. One breakfast was unheated and asked to be warmed up. Well, everything is great. I immediately wanted to come visit.

Not the best hotel. It does not match the declared 4 stars. There was no hot water, the water in the cooler ran out, it was not updated in a couple of days, even on request, you can get to the pool only by appointment. There is no lift, which made it much more difficult for a person with a knee injury to move. The placement of the sockets is inconvenient. Leisurely ladies at the reception. For breakfast, you must sign up for the day. You come to the time and wait 15-20 minutes when everything is ready. What is the point then to record? A bunch of little things, in general, the hotel did not leave positive emotions.
