The service and the receptionist are something else! I've never experienced worse service. I wanted to take off stars for manager Anna, because she's the face of the hotel, the primary point of contact, and I'd like to see her pay more attention. The smell—I agree that the smell is terrible, mostly coming from the restroom. I won't go back to this hotel, even for one night!

Great hotel! We were initially worried about the bathroom being on the same floor, but everything turned out to be even better than we thought! The room was very clean, and the floor was even better than in a more expensive segment. Special thanks to the maid for that. The room only cost us 1,800 rubles. We lived on the 5th floor. Room after renovation. 2-seater comfort - that's what it was called in Bucking. Outwardly, it does not make a very pleasant impression - an ordinary five-story building, but inside everything is not bad: good decoration of rooms and corridors, everything is in the room - a refrigerator, a kettle, a spacious closet, many surfaces and few drawers - this is right if you come for one or two nights. The bad news is that the restaurant is under renovation and most cafes open quite late...

If you don't want to pay much and don't like hostels, this option can be good for you. Accomodation was quite modest and simple, but it was ok for the money I paid.

A small, clean hotel 900 meters from the historic center, located in a quiet place in the floodplain of two rivers. There is no luxurious furnishings, which makes up for in cleanliness and modest elegance. The snow-white bed deserves its own star! They are greeted kindly and caringly, thanks for the hospitality.

A double room with two separate beds looks like a corridor, but as the saying goes: "what they ordered and received." The mattresses are very soft, you can get scared of the unexpected. Breakfast is included in the accommodation, but in the morning there are a lot of people, so it is better to guess in advance when to come. Otherwise, everything is as usual. Three stars. I was struck by how much the appearance does not match the interior decoration. Inside are horrible carpet interiors from the late 90s. The rooms are large, but the gaudy color scheme of curtains and bedspreads makes the view very cheap. It looks like a relatively new building, but inside everything is more than shabby and worn out, especially the plumbing. Killed by the lack of air conditioning...

A wonderful hotel, almost in the center of the city. Great very clean room, big balcony, clean good linen, comfortable bed. The room has a small kitchen. This was important to us because we were with the dog. Good breakfasts. I recommend to everyone.

Good place to stay, clean comfortable rooms, staff helpful, Breakfast tasty, though Wi-Fi is available throughout the building but the speed is very weak.
