The service and the receptionist are something else! I've never experienced worse service. I wanted to take off stars for manager Anna, because she's the face of the hotel, the primary point of contact, and I'd like to see her pay more attention. The smell—I agree that the smell is terrible, mostly coming from the restroom. I won't go back to this hotel, even for one night!

Great hotel! We were initially worried about the bathroom being on the same floor, but everything turned out to be even better than we thought! If you don't want to pay much and don't like hostels, this option can be good for you. Accomodation was quite modest and simple, but it was ok for the money I paid.

The hotel and restaurant is situated in the village of Spas. The restaurant makes a very good impression. A wonderful hotel, almost in the center of the city. Great very clean room, big balcony, clean good linen, comfortable bed. The room has a small kitchen. This was important to us because we were with the dog. Good breakfasts. I recommend to everyone.

Good place to stay, clean comfortable rooms, staff helpful, Breakfast tasty, though Wi-Fi is available throughout the building but the speed is very weak.
