The service and the receptionist are something else! I've never experienced worse service. I wanted to take off stars for manager Anna, because she's the face of the hotel, the primary point of contact, and I'd like to see her pay more attention. The smell—I agree that the smell is terrible, mostly coming from the restroom. I won't go back to this hotel, even for one night!

Kind staff that are eager to assist in any situation. Rooms are very space efficient. Continental breakfast has a variety of options. Hotel restaurant is professionally run with excellent food and service. Wifi internet has been patchy at times but is usually resolved in a quick manner.
Excellent location, wonderful accommodations. Receptionists at the hotel speak English and the waitress at the restaurant does as well! Sports complex across the road has all the facilities you could ask for. Volga River has beautiful walking paths. 11/10 would stay again.

A wonderful hotel, almost in the center of the city. Great very clean room, big balcony, clean good linen, comfortable bed. The room has a small kitchen. This was important to us because we were with the dog. Good breakfasts. I recommend to everyone.
